Resistance Furnace
Scope of Application:
This series of furnace is periodic operation type, used for element
analysis and diagnosis in labs, industrial and mining enterprise,
R&D institutions and heating during hardening, temper and
anneal of small steel plates, as well as heating for sintering,
dissolution and diagnosis of metal and ceramics, etc..
Structure Characteristics:
T series ceramic fiber (aluminum silicate fiber) furnace with low
weight, fast heating rate, energy saving and time saving
G series refractory brick (alumina) furnace, traditional refractory
brick material, wide range of application, long life and high cost
value.
The 10G/T and 12G/T heating elements are made of steel flower brand
furnace wire, which has high cost value, good stability and wide
application range.
The 13G/T heating element uses silicon carbon rods for high cost
value, good stability and wide application range.
The temperature control instrument adopts digital tube display and
intelligent PID temperature controller. High precision,
self-tuning, fault self-diagnostics and other functions.
Stainless steel armored thermocouple temperature sensor with high
temperature measurement accuracy and long life.
It has a furnace door opening and closing protection system
It has the function of preventing the self-starting of the
resistance furnace after the power supply line is powered off to
avoid self-heating when unattended and cause other accidents.
Model suffix with P is integrated with 30-process programmable
temperature controller
